Improving your network business

As a business owner, I believe we are in the process of evolving into the
"small business" mentality of the past.

This global change in economics is a huge catalyst to this evolution. Society has realized that quite a few large corporations provide minimal value, security or reliability. Yet, this may be an unfair statement, as there are some large organizations that do contribute, but unfortunately, they are sometimes outweighed by the corrupt and malicious ones, we keep hearing about in the media.

We believe society is trending towards the "Mom & Pop" business mentality of yesteryear.  The consumer is looking for share principals and values, before committing to the brand or investing their hard earned dollars. People need to establish trust with an organization, more importantly, to identify with a person who has a vested interest in their wellbeing We are becoming more and more aware of the "marketing" of a corporate philosophy. In the past, people hurried to the womb of large organizations, like they were family. They knew they would be nurtured, they would be cared for, most likely until their retirement. Such is not the case in today's fragile society.

For many in the past, and the hundreds of thousands presently, the "rake of reality" has struck them dead in the head - we are just a means to an end.  Employees of a some large corporation are viewed as expenses, that may or may not provide shareholder value. At the Team Fusion Group, we believe there will be a huge boom in start up businesses - back to the way it all started - back to the Mom and Pop philosophy. If is very possible that large public companies, as we know them today, will go by the way of the dinosaur.

We know a lot of people are waiting for the economy to recover, but it appears to be a slow and challenging climb. We need to take charge of our livelihood, we need to take action. Now more then ever, is a reason to leverage the network marketing environment - social sharing.
